Methodology step-by-step: | 1. Place the craft resources on a central table and set up tables or space for the participants to work. Play relaxing background music. 2. Invite the participants to explore the resources and choose the ones that appeal to them. With these resources, they can build their ‘work of art’ which represents them or who they are. 3. At the end of the time, each participant should present their work and the other participants are able to observe it, ask questions or make comments. |

Challenges: | Some participants may react by saying “I am not an artist” or “I am very bad at this”. You must make it clear that the exercise is not about being an artist, rather it is about producing something that represents you. |
