| Methodology step-by- step: | 1. Welcome the students to the class and explain that there is an unexpected situation which means that the lesson will be different than planned. 2. Ask the participants to sit in a circle. Give one participant a ball and ask them to say a word in the target language. They should then throw the ball to another participant, who has to say a word in the target language beginning with the last letter of the previous word or a word from the same category of word. 3. Practise using these words by making sentences with them, drawing them or acting them out. 4. Practise other vocabulary by pointing out objects in the classroom and asking the participants to name them in the target language. |
